I enjoy making crosses from exotic wood found mostly in Africa and South America.  They are usually 12"-14" tall and 7"- 9" wide.  Some of my favorite woods to use are:  Morado, Wenge, Zebra, Leopard, Purple Heart, Black Limba, Canary, and some from the US: olive, cedar and walnut.  They commemorate the greatest love story in the history of mankind..."for God so loved the world that He sent His only son..."
